unimpressive breakfast high prices
The location was convenient , near the underground station.
the BREAKFAST selection was not excellent and lacked variety. I had to request toilet paper as it was not initially provided in the room, an oversight I found surprising. the prices for water and snacks seemed excessively high.

clean room effective curtains convenient location attentive staff
My room was clean. I found the blackout curtains very effective. They helped ensure i had undisturbed sleep. location proved very convenient with the underground station just a short walk away. The staff was attentive.
I noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway, not big but worth a mention.

i found the staff professional and helpful. nina and sima stood out for their customer service. the hotel is very close to the tube station, providing easy access to the city. the fitness suite had a good selection of equipment.
the air conditioning was not effective at night. i woke up feeling too warm each night.

Modern Hotel Close to Everything

The tube station is just across from the hotel. I could quickly get to my room. I loved the option of checking in and using a digital key on my phone. This made check-in fast. The room was clean, and the bed provided comfort for a restful night's sleep.
The corridor lighting seemed too dark. It felt more like 'mood' lighting. The sliding glass door for the toilet lacked some privacy.
